Bain Capital, Kryalos and Omnam completed the acquisition of Hotel Britannia Excelsior.

Bain Capital, a private equity firm, Kryalos, an investment management company, and Omnam Group, a pioneering global real estate group, completed the acquisition of Hotel Britannia Excelsior. Financial terms were not disclosed. "This acquisition will help us to bring new life to Lake Como and marks the first milestone between Omnam and Bain Capital in our broader collaboration through the JV.
