Canderel-led consortium-led Iris Acquisition II, completed the acquisition of Cominar Real Estate Investment Trust for $5.7bn. Canderel Consortium also includes FrontFour Capital, Artis Real Estate Investment Trust, Sandpiper Group and Koch Real Estate Investments.
