OTPP-backed Busy Bees Group, UK’s largest early childhood education and nursery provider, completed the acquisition of Provincial Education Group, a New Zealand early childcare education provider, for NZD160m. The acquisition of Provincial Education from majority shareholder Waterman Private Capital, Ascentro Capital and its founders marks Busy Bees entry into New Zealand.
