Verisk to acquire ACTINEO from Riverside.

Verisk, a data analytics provider, agreed to acquire ACTINEO, a digitalization and medical assessment firm, from Riverside, a private equity firm. Financial terms are not disclosed. “Due to the strong alignment in both innovative technology and digital business strategy this acquisition makes perfect sense.
