GS Group to acquire a majority stake in construction division of S&I from GS Group for $258m.

GS Group, a company that makes electronics, chemicals, and telecom products, agreed to acquire a majority stake in construction division of S&I, a company specialising in building management, from GS Group, a conglomerate, for $258m.
