Oaktree Capital-backed UNAVETS to acquire Abat Marcet.

Oaktree Capital-backed UNAVETS, an independent veterinary clinic, agreed to acquire Abat Marcet, an operator of chain veterinary clinics and hospitals. Financial terms were not disclosed.
