Ideagen, an information management, safety, risk and compliance software solutions provider, completed the acquisition of Audit Analytics, an independent research provider of audit, regulatory and disclosure intelligence, for $50m. "With the acquisitions of Audit Analytics and Ai XPRT, Ideagen has enhanced its position as the only end-to-end platform for audit and compliance and accelerated the roll-out of our AI capabilities," Ben Dorks, Ideagen CEO.
