EQT-backed Rimes to acquire Matrix IDM.

EQT-backed Rimes, an investment data platform that empowers firms to understand everything from the true nature of the exposures, agreed to acquire Matrix IDM, a software which simplifies the management of the complex, multi-level investment and product structures.
