Venterra completed the acquisition of FoundOcean.

Venterra, an operator of wind energy services company, completed the acquisition of FoundOcean, a provider of structural grouting services. Financial terms were not disclosed. “Venterra absolutely shares our vision at FoundOcean, helping the world’s energy transition through wind power.
