Synopsis

Lear, a firm that designs, develops, and manufactures automotive seating and electrical systems, completed the acquisition of the interior comfort systems business from Kongsberg Automotive, a firm that develops, manufactures and sells products to the automotive industry worldwide, for $190m. “I am convinced our ICS employees will be in good hands and continue to thrive at a much larger scale at Lear, our longstanding partner.
