Cloudflight to acquire Cognostics.

Cloudflight, a provider of software development services, agreed to acquire Cognostics, a specialist in AI-driven software development. Financial terms were not disclosed. “In the course of our strategic growth in the field of AI and data science, we have found a partner in the Cognostics team that ideally complements Cloudflight and also matches us culturally,” Eike-Christian Frerichs, Cloudflight Managing Director.
