Synopsis

BlackRock and Carlyle-backed GLAS, a company formed by SMCP's bondholders, completed the acquisition of a 29% stake in SMCP, a fashion company, from Shandong Ruyi, a textiles and clothing company. Financial terms were not disclosed. "SMCP reminds that this situation does not affect its own financing and operations," SMCP.
