Iver Management completed the acquisition of Nogui Teknik form Centrera Holding.

Iver Management, a Nordic provider of cloud-based IT services, completed the acquisition of Nogui Teknik, an IT operations provider that provides customized modern IT operations services for infrastructure and application as a service, form Centrera Holding. Financial terms were not disclosed.
