Grupo Bimbo completed the acquisition of a minority stake in Popcornopolis from NexPhase Capital.

Grupo Bimbo, a food company, completed the acquisition of a minority stake in Popcornopolis, a manufacturer of snacks, from NexPhase Capital, a private equity firm. Financial terms were not disclosed. "We are proud to have been a part of Popcornopolis' remarkable growth over the past two years.
