Martis Capital completed a majority investment in NaviMed Capital-backed Lighthouse Lab Services.

Martis Capital, a middle-market private equity firm, completed a majority investment in NaviMed Capital-backed Lighthouse Lab Services, a provider of turnkey lab build-out and management services. Financial terms were not disclosed. "This is a tremendous milestone for the entire Lighthouse team.
