Affinity Equity Partners, a dedicated Asian private equity firm, completed the $150m investment in Emtek-backed Vidio, an Indonesia-based over-the-top video streaming service. The OTT platform plans to invest the funds in content production and licensing, and also to build livestreaming and gamification features.
