Scalian Group to acquire Agensys Technology.

Scalian Group, a French digital business solutions company, agreed to acquire Agensys Technology, a technology consultancy. Financial terms were not disclosed. The objective of the acquisition of Agensys is to consolidate Scalian's position within the Spanish market and to expand its reach globally.
