BPP Education, a provider of educational services, completed the acquisition of Estio Training, a provider of information technology apprenticeships and training services, from Palatine, a private equity company. Financial terms were not disclosed. “Estio has been an excellent investment for the Palatine Impact Fund and we are delighted to deliver such a strong result with our first exit.
