STARK Group completed the acquisition of Kodin Terra Tuusula from HOK-Elanto.

STARK Group, a building materials retailer, completed the acquisition of Kodin Terra Tuusula, a store chain specialising in home decor and furnishings, from HOK-Elanto. Financial terms were not disclosed. “We want to strengthen our service to the professional builders and renovators in the capital area. The location of Kodin Terra Tuusula and its strong focus on serving the professional builders in the best possible way convinced us. The acquisition complements our 26 branches very well and strengthens our position in the market of construction.
