Palmira Capital, a fun manager, completed the acquisition of the logistics terminal and an administration building from Müller - Die Lila Logistik, a logistics service provider. Financial terms were not disclosed. The property, which was completed in 2018, is a state-of-the-art logistics centre at Ferdinand-Porsche-Strasse 6 in Besigheim-Ottmarsheim. It comprises 14.6k square metres of lettable space, including around 12.15k square metres of logistics space and approximately 2.45k square metres of office and social space. The property, which is located on a plot of land measuring approximately 36.5k square metres, was acquired in an off-market deal.
