Behrman Capital-backed Waterline Renewal Technologies to acquire Pipe Lining Supply.

Behrman Capital-backed Waterline Renewal Technologies, a provider of trenchless rehabilitation services, agreed to acquire Pipe Lining Supply, a manufacturer and distributor of materials and equipment. Financial terms were not disclosed.
