Balcan Innovations completed the acquisition of Reflectix from Sealed Air.

Balcan Innovations, a manufacturer of flexible packaging and technical films, completed the acquisition of Reflectix, a manufacturer of reflective insulation, from Sealed Air, a digitally driven company automating sustainable packaging solutions. Financial terms were not disclosed. The transaction includes Reflectix manufacturing facilities in Markleville, Indiana, where they employ approximately 80 employees.
