Insight Partners, a venture capital and private equity firm, led a $17m Series A funding round in Velocity, a startup that accelerates the way developers build and deliver products, with participation from Hetz Ventures, Greycroft, Danny Grander, Nadir Izrael, Yevgeny Dibrov, Dan Fougerr, Prashanth Chandrasekar, Elik Eizenberg, Abhinav Asthana, and Ben Bernstein.
