Mantagu to acquire Eudonet from Quilvest.

Mantagu, a financial company that provides businesses with consulting services and resources to develop their businesses and products, agreed to acquire Eudonet, a developer of CRM software from Quilvest, a capital market company. Financial terms were not disclosed. “Montagu’s expertise in the technology space and international expansion capabilities will be major assets for our company. This partnership will enable us to further develop the company through significant investments in product development and expansion in new verticals and geographies,” Antoine Henry, Eudonet CEO.
