Brockhaus-backed IHSE completed the acquisition of KVM-TEC.

Brockhaus Technologies-backed IHSE, a developer and manufacturer of advanced KVM devices for blue chip clients, completed the acquisition of KVM-TEC, a company which develops and distributes flexible, high-security KVM-over-IP solutions to extend and switch computer signals.
