Qorvo, provider of RF solutions, completed the acquisition of United Silicon Carbide, a manufacturer of silicon carbide power semiconductors. Financial terms were not disclosed. “The addition of United Silicon Carbide to our IDP business significantly expands our market opportunities in high-power applications.
