Sun Capital-backed Architectural Surfaces to merge with Ceramic Matrix.

Sun Capital-backed Architectural Surfaces, a distributor and importer of natural, engineered stone and related products, agreed to merge with Ceramic Matrix, a distributor of ceramic products intended for interior designing.
