Shell, an oil and chemical group engaged in the exploration, production, transportation, refining, distribution and marketing of crude oil, gas, and petroleum products, completed the acquisition of fuel card business from Corsair-backed MSTS, a toll payment solutions provider. Financial terms were not disclosed. "Acquiring the Multi Service Fuel Card business provides Shell with the necessary technology, business infrastructure and talent to accelerate the growth of its global commercial cards business, Customer Value Propositions (CVPs) and services.
