Ace-backed WeAre Group, a small and medium complex detail parts company, completed the acquisition of TARAMM, a precision foundry engaged in the manufacture of titanium alloys and inconel products for civil and military applications, and GAMMA-TIAL, a company specialized in the manufacture of titanium parts for aeronautics using the Lost Wax process. Financial terms were not disclosed.
