Mutares to acquire Allianceplus from Polaris Private Equity.

Mutares, a firm that acquires companies in special situations and takes an active part in their management, agreed to acquire Allianceplus, a provider of facility solutions, from Polaris Private Equity, a Nordic private equity company. Financial terms were not disclosed. “We are happy to welcome Allianceplus AB to our portfolio and are committed to driving the further growth of the company as well as our Nordic Mutares Operations team.
