KKR, an investment firm, agreed to acquire Central Tank Terminal, a chemical storage tank operator, from Macquarie Infrastructure and Real Assets, an investment management services provider. Financial terms were not disclosed. “We are pleased to mark our first infrastructure investment in Japan with a leading business like CTT.
