Africa Capitalworks completed the investment in Dorman Long Engineering.

Africa Capitalworks, a sub-Saharan Africa-focused private equity fund and part of the Capitalworks Group, completed the investment in Dorman Long Engineering, a pre-eminent indigenous steel fabrication company with general Engineering, Procurement and Construction. Financial terms were not disclosed. The investment will allow DLE, an indigenous and market-leading company headquartered in Lagos, Nigeria, to develop its existing fabrication yards and service offerings as well as support its expansion throughout Africa.
