Gryphon Investors, a middle-market private equity firm, completed the acquisition of Revision Goodier, a skincare provider, from RoundTable Healthcare Partners, an operating-oriented private equity firm focused exclusively on the healthcare industry. Financial terms were not disclosed. "Revision has a unique position as a high-growth independent company in a compelling market.
