Gryphon Investors completed the acquisition of Revision Goodier from RoundTable Healthcare Partners.

Gryphon Investors, a middle-market private equity firm, completed the acquisition of Revision Goodier, a skincare provider, from RoundTable Healthcare Partners, an operating-oriented private equity firm focused exclusively on the healthcare industry. Financial terms were not disclosed. "Revision has a unique position as a high-growth independent company in a compelling market. Skincare consumers are becoming more discerning about the products they use, and we are excited to invest in Revision's mission to help bring carefully formulated and highly efficacious skincare products to a global customer base," Mike Ferry, Gryphon Operating Partner.
