Ideagen completed the acquisition of CompliSpace from Potentia Capital for $78.4m.

Ideagen, a GRC software solutions provider, completed the acquisition of CompliSpace, a SaaS enabled RegTech provider, from Potentia Capital, a private equity firm, for $78.4m. "The acquisition of CompliSpace delivers three clear strategic objectives for Ideagen - a complementary commercial offering with a compelling growth opportunity, a strong footprint in a new geography, and enhances our ARR," Ben Dorks, Ideagen CEO.
