Nordic Capital and Sambla to acquire Eone from Speqta for $53m.

Nordic Capital, a private equity fund, and Sambla, a firm operating on the personal finance industry, agreed to acquire Eone, a Finnish comparison site, from Speqta, a performance marketing company, for $53m. “Both Sambla Group and our owner Nordic Capital have during a longer period followed Rahalaitos and we are impressed of how the company has developed. Rahalaitos management has successfully navigated through the Covid-19 related challenges and delivered profitable return.
