Valterra Partners-backed ColoHouse to acquire Quonix Solutions.

Valterra Partners-backed ColoHouse, a retail colocation, cloud, and managed services provider, agreed to acquire Quonix Solutions, a growing datacenter and cloud services provider. Financial terms are not disclosed. “The Quonix Group acquisition includes ColoHouse’s first foray into building ownership with the Turnkey Internet facility in Albany, NY.
