Horizon Venutres, a company which focuses on investing in disruptive and technology-focused start-ups, and TPG Growith, an investment firm, led a $18.7m Series A round in Seasoned, a next-generation, mobile, app-based recruitment and hiring tool for restaurants that complements its employee networking platform.
