Alliance Medical, a firm operating in diagnostic imaging sector, completed the acquisition of Signa Diagnostic Center, a company that manages an important multi-specialist and diagnostic medical center in Tuscany. Financial terms were not disclosed. The operation represented an important strategic step for Alliance Medical in its continuous growth path aimed at conquering new local markets in the sectors not only of diagnostic imaging but also of analysis laboratories and multi-specialty centers.
