TA Associates, a global growth equity firm investing in enterprise software companies, completed the investment in Riskonnect, a provider of integrated risk management technology, from Thoma Bravo, a software investment firm. Financial terms were not disclosed. “Over the last four years, the company has significantly expanded the platform, increased team size, extended global reach, and more than quadrupled revenue,” Hudson Smith, Thoma Bravo Partner.
