Transguard Group to acquire Transguard Cash from Network International for $74m.

Transguard Group, an outsourcing company, agreed to acquire Transguard Cash, a provider of ATM and cash management services, from Network International, a firm involved in digital commerce business across the Middle East and Africa region, for $74m.
