LumiThera, a commercial stage medical device company offering photobiomodulation treatment, completed the acquisition of Diopsys, a provider of modern visual electrophysiology medical devices. Financial terms were not disclosed. "We are excited for the new combined entity and the potential to prevent vision loss.
