CPFL, an energy provider, completed the acquisition of CEEE-T, a multi-utilities provider, for $222m. “Assuming shareholding control of CEEE-T marks the consolidation and growth of the CPFL Group in Brazil, capturing scale gains for our operations and creating value for our consumers, shareholders, employees and surrounding communities. We are prepared to invest in CEEE-T's assets and businesses,” André Gomes, CPFL CEO.
