Blackstone to acquire Harbour Exchange from Landsec for £197m.

Blackstone agreed to acquire Harbour Exchange, an office buidling, from Landsec, a commercial property development and investment company, for £197m. “The sale of Harbour Exchange is very much aligned with our strategy. Through this disposal we are recycling capital into opportunities where we can bring to bear Landsec’s skills and expertise to drive growth and returns for our investors," Marcus Geddes, Landsec Managing Director.
