In doing so, the boards will take into account the interests of Intertrust and all its stakeholders, including its shareholders, employees and clients," Intertrust. On November 22, 2021, Intertrust said it had received multiple takeover offers. On December 1, 2021, CVC announces that it is no longer in discussions with Intertrust about a potential public offer.
