PlantPlus Foods, a finished plant-based food products producer, completed the acquisition of Sol Cuisine, a producer of branded and private label, consumer-preferred plant-based protein offerings, and Hilary's, an allergen-free plant and vegetable-based foods producer, for $100m. The acquisitions of Sol Cuisine and Hilary’s will enhance PlantPlus Foods’ operations in North America to accelerate plant-based protein category growth in whitespaces and new plant-forward finished goods solutions.
