Repsol completed the acquisition of Canaport LNG terminal.

Repsol, a firm that explores for and produces crude oil and natural gas, refines petroleum, and transports petroleum products and liquefied petroleum gas, completed the acquisition of Canaport LNG terminal, a a liquified natural gas receiving and regasification terminal. The terminal will be renamed Saint John LNG. Financial terms were not disclosed. “Repsol has been operating the LNG terminal since it opened more than a decade ago, and we’re extremely proud of our legacy as a responsible operator and a good neighbor.
