Ideagen, a GRC software solutions provider, completed the acquisition of CompliancePath, an IT governance, software assurance, US & EU GxP, HIPAA, HITECH, GDPR, and NHS directive solutions provider, from Audit Analytics, an intelligence service provider for companies, for $12m.
