Jera to acquire a 25.7% stake in Freeport LNG from Global Infrastructure Partners for $2.5bn.

Jera, an individual buyer of liquefied natural gas, agreed to acquire a 25.7% stake in Freeport LNG, a liquefaction terminal, from Global Infrastructure Partners, an infrastructure fund, for $2.5bn.
