Rimorchiatori Mediterranei, a harbour towage operator, completed the acquisition of a 49% stake in towage and shipping services providers KST and Maju from business conglomerates Boskalis and Keppel, for $91m. The agreement is subject to approval from the regulatory agencies in Singapore and the transaction is expected to close in the first half of 2022.
