CAF, a research program, completed the acquisition of Orbital Critical Systems, a manufacturer of critical systems intended to supply comprehensive transit solutions positioned at the forefront of technology for high value added sustainable mobility. Financial terms were not disclosed. With Orbital, CAF hopes to strengthen its presence in future areas such as satellite broadband communication, autonomous mobility and emission reduction.
